ONLINE GROUP SESSION SERIES
A great key to living in tune with life’s rhythms and waves lies in tapping into the intelligence of our feelings and emotions . The body is the living landscape and the field through which we experience and express our feelings, emotions and thoughts. The soma, our felt sense of being in our body, is the space from which we can deepen emotional awareness and access the power of grounded, embodied sensitivity. As bodies speak through endless nuances of sensation and feeling, becoming fluent in this language opens up pathways of learning, creativity and practical tools for transformation . Working with the interconnectedness of physical energy and mental processes, we build up capacity for being present with and hold space for our emotions - the art of alchemizing emotional charge through the body and directing our energy towards learning- and creative processes. Listening ever more deeply to and with our bodies strengthens the trust into our inner self/knowing and being in alignment with our deeper truth, values, desires and visions. In opening up to flowing with the whole range of our feelings, we are uplifting ourselves and cultivating space in our lives for authenticity, connection, joy and inner peace.
//The sessions are each 75 min long and consist of gentle movement and awareness practices, writing and reflection.
//What you need: a calm space to move in, a carpet or yoga mat, pen & paper (preferable over laptop/phone)
